Glioma

There are various genes which are concerned with mRNA translation. Protein synthesis takes places within the ribosome. The structure of the ribosome defines its function. Ribosomal proteins are found ribosome which is the organelle concerned with synthesizing of proteins. There are several roles of the ribosomal proteins. The various functions of ribosomal protein include repair, transcription, replication of DNA, cellular alteration, splicing of RNA, proliferation and growth of cell, apoptosis regulation. Ribosome proteins have been attributed to some genetic diseases. Ribosomal proteins are found in ribosome and have various roles in glioma. There are different ribosome proteins in the human ribosome (Karim, 1991). Ribosome recycling takes place within the ribosome and involves decoding and detachment of protein.

The function of ribosome is determined by the components in it. These include RPS, rRNAs and PAR. These components are concerned with proliferation and cell growth. Gene modification was realized to occur within ribosome due to production of tumors suppressors. Ribosome proteins play the role of producing these oncogenes. There are various roles of Ribosomal proteins in Glioma. Ribosome protein occurs in different expression patterns. Ribosome protein patterns were denoted in disease and tissue and mostly the tumor tissues. The expression of RP specific is not balanced in the cancer known as glioma. Ribosome proteins are also presented unbalancedly within tumors. Same tumor was found to have different level stages. The complexity of the development of cancer is presented in the expressions. Ribosome proteins have different roles for different phases (Karim, 1991). The function of in biosynthesis is normally disturbed by perturbation of ribosome proteins. This affects the turnorigenesis process which contributes to cell growth. Tumorigenesis is induced by through ribosome proteins perturbation. These are some of the roles of RPs in glioma.

There are various roles of RHN1 in cancer and mostly glioma. There are some proteins which are concerned with movement of cells and especially during spread of tumors in various parts of the body. The process of spreading of tumor can be stopped by introducing a certain drug at the eve of the process. The protein concerned with the movement can isolated to prevent this fatal process. This protein is also concerned with cell growth as it holds cells in position. This occurs during biochemical process. RHN1 interacts with those proteins within cancer cells. The interaction prompts modification in the function and shape of the cell. This protein forms kind of a barrier. This barrier occurs within body cavities and also in organs. This barrier kind of is also spread within the human skin. Tissues and cells are held together in this case.

Ribonucleic protein is a binding which has different in development of glioma. Gene expression patterns with changes affecting cellular concentration. Change in these patterns trigger cellular alteration which is a significance of development of cancer. Ocogenic proteins contribute to the increase of TBP levels. Increase in the levels of TBP lead to growth of cancer. Transcription is dependent on the levels of TBP. This being the case, it is assumed to remain steady through out. Ribonucleic protein is considered as a vital protein which is normally referred to as housekeeping protein. TBP levels could be increased by proteins such as Ras. These are the protein which related with cancer (Karim, 1991). TPB levels can not be regulated. The question was whether increase in TBP levels contributed to growth of cancer. TBP cellular concentrations can be increased by proteins such as Ras. Level of TBP can therefore be reduced by tumor suppressors.
