School Wide Email

Integrating school district technology as a part of the teacher communication experience, with the shared educators and the rest of the academic community is an effective way of using technology within a region (NCREL, 1998).

Technology Plan
The database already has all information (e.g. TID, name and surname) of the teachers and will be used solely for administrative purposes. The district office will provide the teachers with the email id and password. This same method will also be used to ensure usage of the email particularly when collecting responses to the surveys that will be distributed. To log in using your Email, follow the instructions below

1. Go to httpwww.santaritaschools.org
2. Click Staff Information.
3. Click Remote email (Sendmail)
4. Enter the email address
5. Type the password provided to you by the district office.

Conducting surveys will be interactive. Once you sign in thru the Email, you will find a link which you need to click in order to participate to the survey. The link should be the one directed to Surveymonkey.com.

Please be reminded that this cannot be changed or altered and it is important to keep your Email address and Password secured for administrative purposes such as tracking online activities especially when surveys are conducted. The responses on the survey will be collected automatically. Make sure to finish the survey on time and well keep tracking the respondents. Additional follow up reminders will be given if necessary.
